Course Description
Volleyball I: Designed for casual or intramural participants interested in improving skills of forearm pass, set, spike, dink, block and overhand serve. Covers rules and game strategy.


Volleyball II: For students with intermediate and/or advanced offensive and defensive skills. Review of basic fundamental skills and emphasis on advanced development of fundamental skills and strategies.


Course Objective The objective of this course is to have a fun enjoyable experience playing volleyball, to get in better cardiovascular shape, and to improve your fundamental volleyball skills.
